Projects & Deliverables

Pricing & Payments

Advance payments

Remaining payment
Any remaining balance should be paid according to the agreed payment schedule or before final handover, where applicable.
Third-party expenses
Domain names, hosting, premium themes, plugins, APIs, advertising budgets, software subscriptions, payment gateway fees and other third-party costs may be charged separately unless specifically included in the project quotation.
Important: A quotation or project estimate may change if the requirements, scope or technical complexity changes substantially after approval.
Client Responsibilities
Successful project delivery also depends on timely cooperation from the client.
The client may be responsible for providing:
- Accurate business and project information
- Logos, images, videos and written content
- Required account or hosting access
- API credentials where necessary
- Feedback and approvals within a reasonable time
- Legally usable content and intellectual property
The client is responsible for ensuring that the content and materials supplied to Devendr'a do not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
Intellectual Property
Ownership of project-specific work depends on the agreement made for the individual project.
Client-provided materials
Logos, photographs, text, trademarks, brand assets and other materials supplied by the client remain the responsibility of the client.
Third-party assets
Some projects may use third-party libraries, plugins, themes, fonts, APIs, stock assets or other licensed resources. Their use remains subject to their respective licenses and terms.
Portfolio usage
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, completed projects may be referenced in Devendr'a's portfolio or previous-work showcase for professional demonstration purposes.
If a project contains confidential information or has specific portfolio restrictions, please discuss those requirements before project completion.
Third-Party Services
Websites, applications and marketing projects may depend on services operated by third parties.
Examples may include:
- Web hosting providers
- Domain registrars

Devendr'a does not control the availability, pricing, policies or technical operation of third-party services.
Changes & Cancellation
Changes to requirements
Changes requested after development has started may affect project cost and delivery time.
Project cancellation
If a client chooses to discontinue a project after work has started, payment and refund treatment will depend on the work already completed and the specific agreement for that project.
Service availability
Devendr'a may temporarily pause or discontinue a service where technical, operational or other reasonable circumstances require it.
Limitation of Liability
Reasonable care will be taken while developing and delivering services. However, no digital system can be guaranteed to remain continuously available or completely free from bugs, vulnerabilities or third-party service interruptions.
Devendr'a is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside reasonable control, including third-party outages, hosting failures, domain issues, API changes, platform policy changes, cyber incidents or client-side configuration problems.
Project-specific agreements: Where a signed quotation, proposal, contract or written agreement contains terms that specifically apply to a project, those project-specific terms may take precedence over general website terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
